We are currently offering our classes online during our lockdown so we can all stay connected in this difficult time.

Hatha Yoga, Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm

An hour long weekly uplifting and energising yoga class that works to improve your well-being both physically and emotionally. It will improve your posture, flexibility and balance as well as helping to reduce stress and fatigue.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Mondays 8.30pm

A little more dynamic than a hatha class, you are more than likely to break a sweat. Each class differs and will be developed based on the students needs that day and working certain body parts. There will be some strong flows with inversions to challenge you each week.

Kids Yoga at Akarmalife

  • Mondays 4pm Ages 9-13
  • Thursdays 2pm Ages 4-8

Children are natural yogis and love to explore different postures and body movement. In these sessions they will learn sun salutations and other postures and play yoga based games to release some energy!

Family Yoga Sundays 11.30am

Family can enhance and cultivate physical and emotional support in relationships alongside building trust and deeper connections.  Aside from the physical benefits Yoga provides opportunities to build self-esteem and promote healthy body image while teaching tools for coping in a fun, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment.

Maybe you are unsure or nervous about joining a group class or maybe you just simply prefer to practice in your own home in your own time. Whatever your reasons a private lesson can help deepen your yoga practice tremendously.
