KIDS YOGA

Yoga provides mental health benefits for children such as building self-esteem and promoting healthy body image while teaching tools for coping with the pressures of life in a fun, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment. It can also improve mood and behaviour as yoga helps children connect to their breath and to a felt sense of their bodies, which helps them develop mindfulness on and off the mat.

After School Kids Yoga at Akarmalife Mondays 4pm

Children are natural yogis and love to explore different postures and body movement. In these sessions they will learn sun salutations and other postures and play yoga based games to release some energy! You are welcome to drop your child off or stay for the session.

Suitable for ages 5+

Family Yoga at Akarmalife. Sundays 11.30am

Family can enhance and cultivate physical and emotional support in relationships alongside building trust and deeper connections.  Aside from the physical benefits Yoga provides opportunities to build self-esteem and promote healthy body image while teaching tools for coping in a fun, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment.

Suitable for Age 4+

Classes run in term time.

EASTER HOLIDAY YOGA CLASSES

Sessions are Tuesday mornings (9th April and 16th April)
9:30am – 10:30am for 3-6 year olds
10:45am – 11:45am for 7-11 year olds

(please let me know if you would like siblings to attend together)

Sessions are £6 per week per child or book both weeks for £10 per child.
