CHILD YOGA

Childrens Yoga and Mindfulness run during school holidays. Please message for future dates.

Our 90 minute yoga and mindfulness sessions filled with lots of fun as well as some child friendly mindfulness activities to help quell any anxieties your children may be having.

Suitable for children aged 4 to 8 years old

The sessions include
* Fun and interesting yoga activities, perfect for growing bodies
* mindful colouring – some calm for the mind
* introduction to meditation and breathing practices to help little ones start to process feelings and emotions.

These practices can help to increase focus and attention, self-confidence and bring a sense of calm to busy minds and bodies allowing children the space to relax and explore growing bodies and minds.
